Transplanting
transplanting is when you move a plant from the ground to a different spot in the ground or into a pot. The process that you do to transplant something is first you dig a hole around the roots of the plant. Make sure you don't break the roots or this could kill the plant. Next you have a hole where you want the plant to be. Then you put the plant in the hole and wet the roots. Then you have to cover the hole with the dirt and moisten the dirt.

Rajah                                                        Transplanting
This is a tomato plant that i trans planted at the beginning of the year
Transplanting is a very precise task were you have to take many precautions. Such as making sure that the soil is very wet so that it is very easy to re move from the ground. Now you must dig the plant out very carefully and you have to try and not hit the roots at all once you have gotten it out of the ground. you should wash off the roots and cover them if you are going a far distance. If not than simply carry or push in a wheel barrel once you have gotten to were you want to plant it. You must dig a hole that is twice the size of the root cluster before you put it in you need to make the inside of the hole nice and wet now you can put the plant in the hole you can fill it in with dirt. once it's full you can water it in till it is soaking wet now you are finished. One more thing if you ever cut off a hole bunch of roots the plant may go in to shock which then it will probably die or if you just pull the plant out of the ground.
